1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1β3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, please refer to the table below for standard transit times:

2. Order Tracking
As soon as your shipment leaves our hub, we will send you an email confirmation with your unique tracking number and direct links to trace your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking portals to sync with carrier data.
3. Customs, Duties & VAT
- United States: All domestic shipments are duty-free.
- European Union & UK: Import VAT and custom fees are calculated and applied transparently at checkout, protecting you from unexpected payments upon delivery.
- International Buyers: Any additional local import fees, taxes, or clearance tariffs implemented post-shipping remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
π‘οΈ Shop with Confidence: We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy. If your items arrive damaged or defective, replacements or refunds are entirely free of charge.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return and refund, please ensure:
- The product remains completely unused, unassembled, and in its original state.
- The item is securely packed inside its original boxes (original packaging is mandatory to prevent damage during transit back).
- You can provide a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase.
2. Standard Return Process
- Get in Touch: Email our support desk at samuel@imaginativespirit.site with your order details and brief explanation. Including photos of the item speeds up the review process.
- Receive Return Guide: Once approved, we will issue return instructions and direct you to our nearest regional warehouse (located in the US, UK, or Germany).
- Dispatch: Securely seal the package, apply our instructions, and ship the product back to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Damages, Defects, or Mistakes: If we shipped the wrong product, or it arrived broken/defective, we will supply a prepaid shipping label. You bear zero cost.
- Change of Mind / Personal Preference: If you are returning the item due to personal reasons (e.g., color mismatch, wrong size ordered, changed mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Quick Refunds
Once received at our local depot, our staff will inspect the item. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.) within 5 business days.
