At ALPHATRIBER, we strive to deliver your modern home decor and furniture in the safest and most efficient way possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and tracking details.
🚚 Shipping Update: Free shipping on all US orders! For global shipments, enjoy free standard shipping on orders over €20.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or carrier delays.
2. Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update with status details.
3. Duties, Taxes, & Customs
- United States: All domestic orders are duty-free.
- European Union & UK: Applicable VAT or customs duties will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required, ensuring a seamless delivery experience without unexpected customs bills.
- Other International Countries: ALPHATRIBER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. ALPHATRIBER is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange a redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@alphatriber.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage. We will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
